Tecnológico de Monterrey becomes next PASCAL Centre

The Board of PASCAL is honoured to announce that Tecnológico de Monterrey (Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Wikipedia) has become the next PASCAL Centre, the first in a Spanish-speaking country.
